About the Service
Intensive Deep Clean is for occupied spaces that have not been cleaned frequently. This service is conducted by a minimum of two cleaning operators. They can do more thorough cleaning than provided by a single cleaning operator. This service is catered to provide a new and fresh feeling to your home or business.
Do not book this service if you have construction/remodeling dust in your apartment, please refer to post-construction cleaning instead.

If you wish us to bring all cleaning supplies,
please mention it when contacting us (additional charges apply)
- Essential sanitization of highly-used areas (such as door handles, door knobs, etc.)
- Bathroom deep clean - remove calcium, lime, and mildew build-up from sinks, tubs, tile, and shower doors; Cleaning mirrors and countertops; Straighten towels; Wash the floor and shake out rugs; Dust baseboards*
- Kitchen - Clean, sanitize, and shine – Dishwasher front; Microwave interior and exterior; Oven top, burners and inside and outside of the glass on the door; Sink; Refrigerator interior and exterior; Appliance surfaces and countertops; Dust/wash baseboards; Mopping the floor
- Bedrooms & Main Areas - Empty trash / take it out; Dust and polish furniture; Dust blinds and window sills; Cleaning the baseboards; Vacuum all carpeted and hard surfaces; Change the bed linens and make beds if requested; Clean the windows; Mopping the floors; essential sanitization of highly-used areas*
For this service type, you need to provide paper towels (8 rolls), trash bags, a vacuum cleaner, and a step ladder.
* Usually we plan 6 hours for this service but sometimes it may take a long day or more time than we have planned due to the condition of your apartment.
